INGREDIENTS
1 (approx. 6 oz.) pkg. cubed herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. chopped onions
4-6 pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water

DIRECTIONS
Place
stuffing mix in greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Add chopped onions on
top of mix. Brown pork chops, adding salt and pepper to taste. Place
pork chops over onions. Mix soup and water; stir over medium heat until
hot and smooth. Pour over pork chops. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours at
325 degrees.
