Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 water
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- Cooked noodles
Directions
Slice
meat into very thin slices (slightly frozen makes easier slicing). In a
large skillet cook onion in butter until tender, add meat. Cook until
color changes. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Heat over
medium heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles.
