I was able to take part in the Pam mission that Smiley 360 was oh so kind to allow me to be a part of! I received a coupon for a bottle of FREE Pam cooking spray, a coupon for a FREE can of hunts diced tomatoes, Pam spatula and a Pyrex glass baking dish!
I decided I was going to make the King Ranch Chicken and OH MY GOODNESS it was not only DELICIOUS, the pan was sooooo easy to clean up!
Had it not been for Pam, this glass pan would have had to soak for awhile before I would have been able to get it fully clean!

King Ranch Chicken
Pam Original Cooking Spray
1/4 cup Fleischmann's Original Stick
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro Tel Original dice tomatoes and green chilies undrained
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
12 corn tortillas torn into bite size pieces
2 cups shredded cheese
Preheat the oven to 325, Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray
Melt Fleischmann's in large sauce pan over medium heat add bell pepper and onion cook and stir about 5 minutes or until tender
Stir in both soups, undrained tomatoes and chicken
Layer one third each of tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese evenly in dish. Repeat layers twice more. Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
