BBQ Cups

My mom use to make these for us kids and now I make them for my kids. They are a huge hit in our house served with french fries.


1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
1 can refrigerator biscuits
cheese(s) of choice (I used slices of swiss, shredded sharp cheddar and slices of american)


Brown meat, drain grease
Add BBQ sauce and mustard to meat, stir well then set aside
Place biscuit dough into ungreased muffin cups, pressing dough up sides to edge of cups
Spoon meat mixture into cups
Top with your choice of cheese
Bake 12 minutes at 400 degrees
